How It Works
Starting with Landlord Service Plans is a straightforward process designed for your convenience. Here’s how it works:
1. Choose
Start with choosing from our range of tailored service plans to match your property management needs.
After select your desired plan, you’ll then need to register your property with us.
Register, this is where we’ll set up an onboarding call. Along with the call, this is when we’ll schedule your essential service, the Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR).
*If a plan is active, all services, including the EICR, are free.
**However, if the plan is inactive, the EICR is conducted to determine if the property passes or fails. If it passes, the process concludes until the next scheduled service. Should there be a failure, remedial work is required to bring the property up to standard.
